Our team cleans to property-manager standard. If anything is flagged at inspection, send us the list within 3 business days and we'll return and put it right.

- How does the bond-back guarantee work?
- If your property manager flags anything after the inspection, simply send us their itemised list within 3 business days of the clean. We'll come back and put those items right, free of charge.
- Does it include the outside?
- Our vacate clean looks after the inside of the home. Window cleaning, which includes outside cobwebs and fly screens, is available as an optional add-on in the quote tool.
- Can I add carpets or windows?
- Yes. Both carpet steam cleaning and window cleaning can be added to your vacate clean in the quote tool, and you'll see the price straight away.
- Is the price fixed?
- Prices are based on standard inclusions for homes of up to 5 bedrooms. Homes with 6 or more bedrooms are one of a kind, so we quote those personally. If a job is unusual we'll always confirm the price with you before we start.
